We have a rare and exciting opportunity to join a hot desk in the Engineering space. Based at the award winning Bhive in Takapuna, but servicing New Zealand wide, you will have the opportunity to work with existing clients as well as grow our reputation in this sector;

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for your own portfolio of roles 
    Maintain excellent relationships with existing clients and fulfill their ongoing needs 
  • Have the opportunity to grow a team under your leadership, allowing you to develop your career into managing consultant or divisional manager. 
  • Build and nurture a pool of loved & loyal candidates, taking care of everything from sourcing to interviewing to post-placement follow-ups
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience to candidates and clients 
  • Develop relationships throughout other organisations to bring new clients on board
  • Think strategically, see the bigger picture, keep abreast of market trends and align your work with our vision and values
You'll need:
  • At least 2 years agency recruitment experience
    Brilliant business development and account management skills
  • A proven track record in delivering great outcomes within a sales environment
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities 
  • To be delivery-focused and solution-oriented with a positive attitude, initiative and common sense
  • Capability working at pace and volume
  • A down-to-earth, get-stuck-in approach and sense of humour – ability to have a laugh is key
  • To be highly driven and self motivated with total comfort managing your own time
