Job description

We're in search of a fast and efficient administration assistant for a temporary part-time position based in West Auckland at a New Zealand owned business! The company has experienced rapid growth in the FMCG industry and needs some extra support. This role involves helping the Customer Service team, with the chance of a permanent position later on. Previous admin experience is necessary, and it's a bonus if you're familiar with FMCG!

Job Overview:
  • Support the Customer Service team
  • Manage sales orders and handle inquiries
  • Reception duties
  • Handle inventory and stock (receipts, purchase orders, data entry)
  • Process invoices from supermarkets
  • Organise freight documents
  • Enter production data
Candidate Requirements:
  • Available to start immediately
  • Experience in order processing or supply chain is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Confident using Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Positive attitude and readiness to help wherever necessary
Please note - This is a 20 hour a week part time opportunity
